Replication of Eclipsing Binary Detection from ZTF Light Curves (Ongoing)

  • Reproduce published methodology for identifying eclipsing binary systems using ZTF time-domain photometric data.
  • Implement light-curve preprocessing, period search, and phase folding in Python.
  • Validate results by comparison with cataloged binaries and discuss about outliers.
